Welcome to Heels Element. By accessing this website and engaging with our services, including donations, dance classes, private training, and wedding choreography, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Terms & Conditions - General Terms
1.1 Agreement to Terms – By using our website, purchasing services, or making a contribution, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
1.2 Eligibility – You must be at least 18 years old to make payments, book sessions, or donate.
Donations & Contributions
2.1 Nature of Contributions – All contributions made to Heels Element are voluntary and support our mission to provide creative spaces and dance training.
2.2 Non-Refundable Contributions – Donations are final and non-refundable. No goods or services are provided in exchange for contributions unless stated as part of a tiered rewards program.
2.3 Recurring Contributions – If you select a recurring donation, you authorize us to charge the selected amount on the specified schedule until canceled.

Payments & Services

3.1 Accepted Payments – We accept payments via Wix Payments, PayPal, Stripe, and other authorized methods.
3.2 Booking & Payment – All private dance sessions, wedding choreography, and events must be paid in full at the time of booking.
3.3 Late Payments – Late or missed payments may result in cancellation of services without refund.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
4.1 Classes & Private Sessions – All sales are final. No refunds are issued for missed or canceled sessions. Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice.
4.2 Wedding Choreography – Due to the preparation and time commitment required, wedding choreography bookings are non-refundable.
4.3 Event Cancellations – If an event is canceled by Heels Element, registered participants will be offered a rescheduled date or credit toward future services.
Liability & Risk
5.1 Assumption of Risk – Dance, movement training, and choreography involve physical activity that carries inherent risks. By participating, you assume all risks associated with these activities.
5.2 Medical Disclaimer – Participants should consult a physician before engaging in any dance activities. Heels Element is not responsible for any injuries sustained during classes or private sessions.
5.3 Release of Liability – By engaging in our services, you release Heels Element, its instructors, and affiliates from liability for any injuries, damages, or claims arising from participation.
Intellectual Property
​6.1 Content Ownership – All choreography, class materials, videos, and branding on this site are the property of Heels Element and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.
6.2 Use of Media – By participating in classes or events, you grant Heels Element the right to capture and use photos/videos for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
Privacy & Data Security
7.1 Information Collection – We collect personal information for payment processing, class registration, and donor recognition.
7.2 Data Protection – Your data is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
7.3 Opt-Out Option – Donors and clients may request removal from marketing emails or public supporter lists by contacting us.
