Erica, originally from Los Angeles and raised in Chicago, graduated with honors in Accounting from Florida A&M University. Her dance journey began at just five years old, exploring ballet, tap, jazz, and hip-hop. She excelled in collegiate dance as a member and later captain of the Diamonds of FAMU, one of the top majorette teams. After a brief hiatus from dance during her corporate career at PwC, Erica rediscovered her passion through heel classes in LA, realizing that dance was the missing piece in her life!
